Gatelife is free to play. There is nothing to buy, so there is nothing to refund.

Paid unlocks

We may later offer Author Mode as a one-time purchase. It would be sold through our payment processor, which acts as the merchant of record for the sale.

14-day refunds

If you buy an unlock, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of buying it. No questions asked.

How to ask

Email privacy@gatelife.app with the email address you used to buy and the date of the purchase.

What a refund does

A refund removes the unlock from your game.
